Introduction

Welcome to our cozy corner of the internet. These terms of use outline the simple ground rules for browsing and shopping on our website. They're written in plain language because we believe terms should be understandable, not a wall of legal jargon. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you ever have a question about them, we're here to help.

Using our website

Our website is here to inspire you, help you shop, and connect you with your next project. You're welcome to browse, read patterns, explore our yarn, and shop to your heart's content. We just ask that you use the site respectfully and lawfully — the way you'd want someone to treat your own space. Enjoy the patterns, enjoy the inspiration, and feel free to share the love for crafting.

Accounts and information

If you create an account with us, we ask that you keep your information accurate and up to date, and that you keep your account details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account, so please choose a strong password and let us know if you ever suspect something's off. Keeping your info current also helps us deliver your orders to the right place, every time.

Purchases and payments

When you shop with us, all prices are shown in US dollars and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Shipping is free worldwide and includes all duties and customs. Your purchases are covered by our terms of purchase, including our sixty-day return policy and our five-to-ten-business-day refund processing. Everything about your shopping experience is designed to be transparent and fair.

Products and content

Our patterns, product photos, descriptions, and other content are created with care for your personal use and enjoyment. We work hard on the designs and guidance we share, and we kindly ask that you respect that work. Feel free to use what you learn for your own projects and personal crafting — just don't copy our content for commercial purposes without permission. Crafting is about sharing joy, and we love seeing it shared the right way.

Responsible use

We ask everyone to use our site responsibly. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, interfere with other users, or try to access areas you're not meant to reach. This keeps the space safe and pleasant for everyone. If you ever see something that seems off or have a concern, we'd love to hear about it.

Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis for your information and enjoyment. While we work hard to keep everything accurate and up to date, we can't guarantee that every pattern is error-free or that colors on your screen perfectly match the yarn in real life. We're not providing professional advice through our patterns or content — they're for your crafting enjoyment. If you have specific questions, we're always happy to point you in the right direction.
