All prices are shown in US dollars, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay — shipping is free worldwide and includes all duties and customs, so there are no surprise fees added later.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. Our team gets to work quickly: most orders are dispatched within one to three business days. From there, your package travels to your door in an estimated six to twelve business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

For wool and other delicate fibers, hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent is the safest choice, and always lay pieces flat to dry rather than hanging them — it helps them keep their shape.

Storing your stash

Keep your yarn and projects in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and curious pets (we know the struggle). If you're storing projects long-term, a breathable bag or box is better than an airtight one, so your yarn can breathe without getting dusty.

Caring for your tools

Hooks, needles, and notions just need a quick wipe-down after use. Store them in a case or pouch to keep them clean and tangle-free, and they'll serve you for years of projects.
